Pricing Schedule

(All prices shown exclude GST)

Item Description Fee
Onsite Service A technician travels to your premises and performs work at your location. Call Out Fee: $80
(including first half hour of service)

Every subsequent quarter hour thereafter: $32 per 1/4hr
Remote/Phone Assistance A technician connects to your computer from our office or provides instruction over the phone. This service is applicable to small tasks or urgent jobs. First quarter hour:$45

Every quarter hour thereafter: $32 per 1/4hr

Onsite Service

Travel up to 20km is included in above charges. Any additional travel required will be charged at a rate of $16 per 5kms.

Parking fees exceeding $10 are to be reimbursed by the client.

Payment Methods

Restart requires payment on completion of jobs. Payment can be made by:

  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Direct Deposit
  • Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express - no surcharge for invoices / orders below $5,000


Where hardware costing more than $500 is ordered, a 50% deposit is payable when the order is made.

Restart's 'No Fix No Fee' Policy

Restart offers a 'No Fix No Fee' guarantee. You will not be charged if we cannot provide you with a solution to your problem. In most cases our diagnosis forms part or all of the solution.

If we provide advice and you choose not to take it up, all we ask of you is to acknowledge that we have met our commitment to you. (It is entirely up to you whether or not you choose to implement that solution).

7 Day Warranty

Restart provides a seven day warranty for tasks performed. If, as determined by Restart, a problem arises due to incomplete or unsatisfactory work, Restart at its discretion will either offer a refund or appropriate repairs will be carried out free of charge.

This excludes any problem that may arise that is unrelated to work done by our technicians or that is due to third party software or hardware. This also excludes any tasks that by their nature require followup visits that have been agreed upon.

The client will be asked to confirm the job has been satisactorily completed before the technician departs. Return visits not covered by the above guarantee will be charged at the scheduled fee.
