Travel
Jobs within a 15 minute drive of Elsternwick do not incur travel charges. Beyond this, the travel time in one direction from Elsternwick to your premises will be charged for. Travel is charged at the hourly rate of $80 in quarter hour blocks.
Any paid parking is to be reimbursed by the client.
Payment Methods
Restart takes payment on completion of jobs. Accepted payment methods are:
- Cash
- Cheque
- Direct Deposit
- Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard: 2% surcharge, American Express: 3%)
For jobs where hardware greater than $500 is being purchased, a deposit of 50% is payable when the order is made.
Return Visits
It is the client's responsibility that they are satisfied that jobs are satisfactorily completed before the technician leaves. Return visits will be charged at the regular rate.
